cultivation of medicinal plants, in particular peppermint (Mentha
Piperita). The itinerary passes through the townships of
Villafranca Piemonte, Cardč, and Cervignasco. Arrival in Saluzzo. (

Cycling
tour dedicated to the discovery of the city of Saluzzo which
retraces the old streets of the “capital” of the Marquisate,
including some of the town’s most splendid monuments like Casa
Cavassa (noble residence and museum), the Church of Saint John, the
